Welcome to MyPensionsPal, a platform dedicated to supporting and empowering the "Unsequentials" to take control of their pensions and financial futures. 

With close to 20 years of experience in the pensions and investment industry, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges women face when it comes to saving for retirement. 

As Founder Chair of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries Pension Gap Working Party and co-chair of the data and research subgroup of the industry-wide Pension Equity Group, I've spent years raising awareness of pension gaps and advocating for change. 

Women often prioritize caring for others, leaving little time to focus on their own financial well-being. Too often, pension systems fail to reflect our lives, making it harder to navigate and understand where we stand.

MyPensionsPal is here to change that. We're building a space where we can all feel confident, informed, and supported to take control of our futures. 

Together, we can close the gaps and create a future where everyone truly gets the support they need.

Two decades working in pensions has left me 100% sure that the pensions industry needs to do more to help certain groups - MyPensionsPal is going to change that. I've seen pensions from almost every angle and there is one common theme, pensions and the communications that come with them, are designed for a mythical average person, but most people are definitely not average. 

We all live complex, unique and interesting lives which do not fit into the boxes designed for us by the pensions industry. I'm passionate about changing this with MyPensionsPal. 

By starting with empathy, cutting out the jargon, treating everyone as individuals and thinking holistically MyPensionsPal can be the supportive community that ordinary people need in order to move from feeling anxious to empowered about their pensions. 

I've been very lucky to work on a few world-firsts in my career and MyPensionsPal is the most exciting opportunity so far. MyPensionsPal will help people who are under-served by the pensions industry in a way that has never been done before.
